How well does the new bf get along socially with the long-married divorcee's friends?

i think its hard for a new bf or gf to get along with friends that someones had when they were married.its a lot of pressure.they might feel like the old friends are compairing them to the other one and not to mention when they start talking about the past.but mabe they will be smart and not do such things,i guess that is a chance they will have to take and find out.
