actually, it depends whether you're the subject or the object of the sentence. if you're the subject, then Mr. X and I, but if you're the object you could get away with either of the first two, but you have to say "me", not I.
example:
"Mr. X and I went to the cinema and were hit by a car"
"A car hit me and Mr. X on the way to the cinema."
if you remove Mr. X from both of those sentences, they still make sense. (I went to the cinema... a car hit ME). if you use "Mr. X and I" in the second one, then it doesn't, as that would be like saying "A car hit I".
see what i mean?

Depends on the context:
1) Mr X and I went to the match.
2) These presents were given to Mr X and me.
You always put the other person first. Never..' me and'..or 'I and'..

Of course all the above are correct as long as you are using English language in English-speaking contexts but the form is not universally applicable. In some linguistic communities, it is highly discourteous to mention Mr x first and I last! People get suspicious you are shifting blame.
I and Mr X. is appropriate
You say: "I and Mr X went to the rob." (Mimi na Bwana X tulienda ku-iba ).
good luck

Depends on the sentence... if you would use I normally, if the situation involve only u, then use mr x and I... for example Mr X and I went to the cinema. If you would use me, then its Me and Mr X (or Mr X and me, depending on importance of person), eg. she was very rude to me and mr X.

It entirely depends on the context in which you are using it:
- 'send copies to me and Mr X' is correct.
- 'they sent copies to Mr X and me' is correct.
- 'I, and Mr X, would like to welcome you to our office' is correct
- 'Mr X and I got on the bus' is correct.
If you would say, just talking about yourself, 'i' or 'me' then use that - Mr X got on the bus. I got on the bus. Therefore Mr X and I got on the bus.
Give the file to me. Give the file to Mr X. Give the file to me and Mr X.

Depends on the context, but usually you show courtesy by putting yourself last:
Mr. X and I went to the store.
The boss gave Mr. X and me a gift for the holiday.
