Wow, I wouldn't say the people, I'd have to say the government is unfit. They've spent 110 billion so far and are dishing out more money for the war and will now be sending more troops to war, compared to the 1 billion spent towards Katrina, I'd have to say, Yes they are unfit. Half of that spent on poverty would have helped ease the anguish of suffering people within the country itself. Caring starts at home.
