Didn't you just ask if you should stay in the relationship because he was a mama's boy?
Have you made up your mind on what you want to do?
If you are a fit parent, you should not have a problem with keeping custodial custody. I have yet seen a single military man get custody from a fit mother just because of the "military"...where is the baby going when he has to be deployed?

Every divorce case is different. If he is in the Military it is doubtful he will get custody. However, if you are a bad parent, he may get custody.

To little information to give you a better answer.

He shouldn't be able to take the baby, because he might not have anyone to take care of it when he gets deployed. that's why single parents can't enlist.

Not that I'm aware of. If anything you should get custody because of the demands of his career.

I don't think so, unless he can prove that you are unfit which is really hard to do. good luck
