Well, it could be due to a couple of things:
- Just plain old class balance on your server. Some servers have lots of certain classes, and not many of others. To get an idea, check out this site:
http://www.warcraftrealms.com/realmstats.php
Scroll down and click on the name of your server, it'll give you detailed info about the class ratio. You can even click on guilds and see the breakdown for each of them.
- Aside from that, if your server is an older one (i.e., been around for more than maybe six months, with lots of level 60s), keep in mind that a lot of people may not group up seriously for lower level instances like SFK. On older servers, usually a decent amount of the characters that are leveling up are alts of level 60 characters. What they'll do is have one or two high level friends just run through the lower instances for them, killing everything easily, instead of bothering to make an actual group.
There's not really an easy answer for this. What you might try to do is find a slightly higher level Druid or Shaman to tank it instead of a Warrior. Other than that, the best advice I have is try to be patient; look for groups in the evenings when the most people are online. If you find a Warrior interested in doing it, even if he's not free right then, put him on your friend list so you can check with him again later.
Good luck! ;)

I have noticed on my Horde server (Onyxia) there are a lack of warriors. I am a hunter and have been dumping all my talent points into beast mastery so I can use my pet to tank. It still isn't the same as having a warrior get in defensive stance with his shield, but with a lack of warriors it seems to be the next best option. On my Alliance server (Gorefiend) there are more than enough warriors.

On the Anetheron server, Horde side, there are so many Warriors that sometimes our guild can only take a few of ours on raids at a time.
My boyfriend is a Warrior and I went Priest, so we never have a hard time making a group :D
I also have a Warlock....the friggin pwn in PvP I love it!

Really itmatters on what Server you play on as to the mix of Characters. Also players may have level 60 Warriors they started with and are now leveling up a new character. They are out there.
It never hurts to have an alt toon in your stable for when you get bored with playing your current main. No matter what anyone says eventually you will get bored with playing the same character all the time, so it is good to have options.

It definately depends on your server and faction ratio (Horde to Alliance)
My server is one of the first servers in the game...we have a LOT more alliance then we do Horde...its crazy. I know on the horde side we are seriously lacking healers. We have a lot of warriors. I don't play on the horde side much most of my characters are on alliance.
