what foods shouldnt you eat during pregnancies. When i was pregnant it was eggs, soft cheese, sea food has it changed?

The only thing my doctor ever told me not to eat while pregnant was seafood. He said to watch salt intake because that can cause high blood pressure; watch sugar intake because it may lead to gestational diabetes; and caffine intake because it to can cause your blood pressure to rise.

I was told and also read on several occasions to stay away from seafoods and processed meats like lunch meat and hot dogs. Other than that you can eat what you want.

Fatty foods, oily fish (makerel, tuna), shark, sweets, alcohol, ciggarettes, caffiene

no, but obviously no RED meats, otherwise enjoy your pregnancy and eat what you want!
