Turf toe sounds ridiculous doesn't it?

Turf toe is a joint sprain between the foot and a toe - usually the big one. It usually happens on hard surfaces - mostly artificial turf. Very common with football players. not sure if soccer players get it or not, but probably so!

You might think guys are big babies for crying about turf toe, but it hurts like crazy!

caused by the foot sliding forward in the shoe when the turf stops the show suddenly. Its a combination jam/sprain, of the m-p joint, usually the first.
