I am only 3 DPO today, but I have had a fullness/pressure in my lower abdomen. I had a hard time sleeping last night so i switched from my belly to my side then eventually to my back because the side made it hurt also.

What is your opinion??

it could just be your mind playing tricks on you, every month I have all these symptoms but never turn out to be pregnant which is a bummer, could also just PMS, try to relax and not think about getting and being pregnant and watch for more symptoms as you go along and when it is time take a test, good luck

It could just be your uterus building the lining an egg will implant into. I had that a lot when I was taking clomid and still have it a little bit these days.
Try to drink more fluids though. It will help all around. But keep in mind you will be going potty more often too.
Be patient...don't look at every thing as a possible sign of pregnancy--I know easier said than done. I am there with you on finding everything that is different this month than previous ones.

What you experience top now probable would not propose something yet. it frequently takes approx 8-10 days from ovulation for the fertilized egg to commute down the fallopian tubes into the uterus, and then implant. you will not experience something in any respect till a minimum of then. while that happens, you're able to have a delicate cramp feeling, and maybe quite of recognizing. (you could now and lower back bleed slightly upon implantation.) you will no longer experience or have any form of being pregnant symptoms till implantation take place. stable success to you & your husband!
