Disclosure means to inform

Wikipedia defines it as:

Disclosure
Disclosure means the giving out of information, either voluntarily or to be in compliance with legal regulations or workplace rules. Some disclosures could be contrary to law, custom, or even morality, such as the disclosure of a secret.

When you see that on a legal document it usually refers to the fact that all terms (full disclosure) are written within the document. No additional terms and conditions exist at the time of the contract (no verbal agreements).

It can also mean that you are avowing that your answers/statements are true and that you are fully informing the bank of all your income/assets & debts and other statements you made.

Disclosure is another way of saying information about something. A financial institution discloses, or tells you what the terms are of a financial transaction, such as a loan or investment.
