Does color favoritism affect one's personality?

I am curious because some sites are providing personality tests which depicts the personality on colors. Is this true? That colors can afferct ones personality?

Yes colors can affect a persons mood and impression. Notice how a lot of porn sites always used black backgrounds with pinks or reds because it makes people's minds think of sex. It doesn't change an individual's personality but certain colors can affect how a person feels about their surroundings.

not sure what you mean . color of a rooms paint is said to have inflance on the mood and behaviour of the people in it .
color as in your black or white or yellow whatever sure that can alter or affect a persons personality. this is not so much as a result of color but more as a result of cultural surrondings
a boy who grows up with the home boys shooting people every day and parents screaming and fighting with the police that is an enviorment that will definetly infulance the personality

Now you have me wondering. What about people who are colour blind? People who can't distinguish between green and blue. I have a friend who can distinguish the red or amber traffic light, especially at night. How do psychologists rate them? Sorry if this turned out to be more of a question than an answer, but it seems to me that perhaps colour tests are 100% accurate at defining personality traits.

Absolutely!! Orange makes me n nauseous. Red makes me sexy or angry. Blue makes me feel fantastic and purple makes me moody. I prefer black and white but it's hard to keep it that way. There have been many studies about colored rooms affecting people.
