I think you mean we are using coal, petroleum, other materials from earth. In that respect you think that we are emptying the earth. This has some merit. but we are just changing the form and in some case location and both in most case.

This breaks down most instances. When we take in to consideration the total picture(ei, universe, we we not changing any thing).

When we send a rocket and cargo to space lab then we are still in the universe, yes now we have emptied very little material from earth and taken it to space above the earth in earth's orbit.

In case of moon lander we did take take some material to moon but it was insignificant.

I assume you mean by mining and removing matter from the earths crust. The answer is no.
A) The matter moved is minimal when considered in relation to mass of the earth.
B) what ever is removed generally remains on the earths surface (like gold, diamonds, stone, etc.) so the overall mass of the earth will not change.
