OK what planet do you live on??? first of all is your teacher, she will not even look at you. Second, she is a lesbian and you are a guy. Third, you seem a 10 year old kid... so get a life and look for a straight girl your age.
But just in case you don't want to give up, grow up and stop licking the carpet and get serious about it... stand in front of her and tell her how you feel. end of story.
