Father Christmas leaves something in all of our stockings, from age 3 up. And there is only one under 18 in the family now!
Good bloke, Father Christmas, at least to us!

The real father Christmas comes on the 6th of December every year, which is St Nicholas day. He brings presents for the children on that day, and not for the adults. This is still part of the real traditional Christmas upheld by all in Europe today. Then on Christmas eve the parents dress the tree which must not be seen by the children until Christmas morning. The tree is dressed and presents to the adults and children placed around it. This is to celebrate the birth of our Lord when wise men came bearing gifts, and not the American santa claus on every street corner for four months of the year. Hope you got some nice presents,

The general principle is for kids to receive gifts from Santa for Christmas. But then any rule can be made elastic and adults receive and accept gifts assuming it is from Santa and All the Kids both great and small are Happy!.
