No, you cannot punch a lady. And if you look anything like your picture, I'd imagine you'd just run away.

If she is bigger then you, certainly. However be careful. Sshe might punch you back and land you in hospital.
It is BS that men cannot hit all women. The rule came because men are generally bigger than women. But if the woman is bigger, then the man has a right to hit her as much as needed in self defence.

if you are a skinny man you should duck if she tries to punch you high but usually people pung in the stomach so try to avoid it there, and you should definetly punch her back I mean she's a girl.!!
