It depends where. If I get sniffles at home, because I care about the environment, the trees, the paper, the waste, the pollution - I use the old fabric diapers of my babies. The most absorbent fabric ever, soft to my nose, and washable. I hate to produce waste for the planet. If I use kleenex or paper towels- no toilet paper- I will recycle it.

no but my dad does...he's not thrifty though he's just too lazy to go to the closet and get some real kleenex...

Work as hard as I do for my money and you would blow your nose on leaves from the yard. Yes, I am cheap...not thrifty

kleenex is shet your finger rips thru the tissue and your finger goes in your bumhole but toilet paper is nice n strong
