No. It is not worth the effort and it is unlikely that it will ever work, even if you found the parts. You will not be able to find printer drivers if you did.

I am sure it can be done but I would probably get my pistol out shortly thereafter and shoot that noisy slow contraption right through the heart! When you can go out and buy a 20 dollar printer, why would you want a dot matrix? The ink would cost a fortune if you could find it to begin with!
