Well, it's very hard question Yas, but i will try to explain it for you.
The arab christeans don't differ from any other christeans when it comes to the church issues, they are connected directly to the pope and the christean church.
But since they are living in a society that differs from the western society, so culturally they differ a lot. Because they are eastern, not western. They have thier own traditions and values that differ a lot from the western society.
On the other hand, the responcibility of arab christeans is much more difficult and different, esp. after the so called "clashes of civilizations". So, they are supposed to be the who is responcible to defeat this image or theory that was risen to spread hatred among muslims and christeans. And Pope John Paul the 2nd, have made or drown a path for the christean in the east, which is to show how can all the humans live together in peace.
unfortunatly, arab christeans % is decreasing, esp. in Lebanon and Iraq, donno if it's a part of big plan or a hidden agenda.

For me, i believe that they are brothers to the other arabs.

Hope i helped a little bit.
All the best.

As with the hyphenated American, setting ones race, origin above their beliefs or their oaths to a given to a country or region is a thing of pride and takes away from said beliefs and/or affiliation. Becoming a Christian is to be 'born again'. Not as an infant in life, but, being born again in 'new life'.
This new life does not hold borders or class. As a Christian you are an heir to Christ. Hence the nomanclature 'Christian'.
You become something else entirely!

What do you think? Are you trying to make differentiate between people? That's pretty un-"christian" wouldn't you say?

To separate people is the cornerstone of prejudice and hate..because to separate people you have to, within your own mind set one first and one last...to me, this is dangerous and wrong.
