Why cant I right-click to "save target as"?

Recently when I try this it will not let me click on "save target as" For instance to download video clips to my documents. Any help?

some sites prevent this function to protect their content. It's not you...it's them.

Try for images. Still it is not working? then, Reinstall your web browser.
