I can't find it in urban dictionary. Is it slang for a classless lady?

A dollybird was a specific group of girls in the 1960s who wore mini-skirts, short shift dresses, brightly coloured blouses and were generally highly fashion conscious. They generally listened to pop and r'n'b music (real r'n'b, none of this modern day rhythm and bass nonsense) and were most likely to be groupies for the bands of the day. Completely different to a beat girl or a modette - beat girls were a lot more laid back and cool, listened to jazz mostly, modette was traditionally a much more masculine way of dressing, with girls wearing a lot of grey and black, not much makeup, having cropped hair and wearing men's trousers, which fit better. Dollybirds were unquestionably not classless and were pretty much the most fun group of girls to hang around with way back when - they got invited to the coolest parties!

It is done by degrees over a very extended period of time. The repeated sieges of Gaza since 1967 would be an excellent example. I would also recommend "The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine" by Itan Pappe. I didn't know it was against the rules to criticise an ethnic state. I don't consider that valid at all. In fact,I don't consider the concept of an ethnic state valid. I think it's fundamentally discriminatory. Slow-motion genocide would be a perfect term for the consequences of jewish rule in Palestine.

"dolly bird" is an attractive (usually heavily made-up) woman. A vogue term of the 60's only really used in a derogatory way now. i.e. "Most of those girls in marketing are just dolly birds". Also used in an abbreviated form. e.g. "This place is dripping with dolly".

I've only heard it used as a reference to a prostitute or "escort." My Grams used to call her neighbor a Dolly Bird.

I've never heard it used in the US.
It is mostly used in England to mean "a pretty young woman."
It is not slang at all. You can find a better definition in Merriam-Webster dictionary or Brittanica.
