free movie downloading..is it really, or is Limewire the only free way?

says unlimited movie downloads for free.
Does anyone know if this is actually the case or is there a catch and is Limewire still the best source? guess that's two questions!

no way man. limewire is dated and lame. You wanna get on the bittorrents. Go to bittorrent.com to get the software, then do some searches on sites like isohunt.com or miminova.org or torrentspy.com. That's where the real juice is. Safer too
