Check eBay. You can get all sorts of collegiate memorabilia (both new and used) for great prices. I've picked up several sweatshirts from my alma mater for much cheaper that I could get from other sources. Just check the person's feedback to be sure you are buying from someone with a positive selling history.

What's with USC? They lost to UCLA, and I'd be embarrased to wear anything bearing their name. =)
