It depends on what exactly you are doing and what state you are in, but I highly recommend the following:

1. www.findlaw.com
2. www.westlaw.com
3. www.lexisnexus.com

If you are studying pre-law, then your school should provide you with passwords to both Westlaw and Lexis. These are providers for caselaw and statutes. Also, again, depending on your state, you may find some assistance on your state bar's website, such as forms and articles. Even though these documents are geared towards attorneys, they make excellent references.

If none of these is helpful to you, my advice would be to find your nearest law library (and quick).

Good luck

Hi, Hope the studies are going well.

You should have been set up with an Athens account. If not, go to the uni library and ask for one to be set up for you.

This will give you access to westlaw, bailii and lexis.

westlaw is the best for cases and lexis is best for journal articles.

Hope this helps

Good luck
