Yes there are problems with the judicial system. The criminals are afforded all of the rights and the victim's are often on the receiving end of the crap. I don't know exactly how the "law" is kicking you in the face, because you don't specify, but we all are victims at one point or another.
The liberal law makers of this country have written law after law making it harder and harder for criminals to be caught and prosecuted. The police have to abide by certain rules, or they can be fired or arrested themselves. The criminals have NO rules to abide by. They are provided with a FREE attorney, and if all the "i"'s aren't dotted and all the "t"'s crossed then the criminal is let go.
As a good citizen you have to be resilliant (sp). Unfortunately it is not easy contributing to society, and not taking advantage of hard working people. I really doubt that money is the key factor here. I know that being a millionaire helps, but it doesn't exclude you.
Trust me, I am not in anyone's pocket. I go to work day in and day out without any extra. I help those who don't want help and I do the best I can to serve the same community I live in. There are those who call on me one day as a victim, and the very next day are my suspect.
You don't think that the police also think the judicial system is broken too? Trust me, I feel you....

A "victim" of a criminal act, doesn't have to hire an attorney... the "victim" is part of the People... and the prosecutor handles the side for the People, and the prosecutor has to bear the burden of proof.. in criminal is "beyond a reasonable doubt".
In civil matters, the "victim" has to hire an attorney (if they wish & recommended) and the "victim" and his/her attorney have the burden of proof, which in civil is "by a perponderance of the evidence".
Our justice system isn't perfect, and when a person feels they are right and the result isn't in their favor, they tend to feel slighted.
Unfortunately, the problem in most cases is simply people don't know their rights, or the law. There really is no reason for this lack of knowledge simply because to learn it is to read it, to read it is key. These are not books closed to the public and only open to law students/enforcers, but open to all that wish to know. I recommend all people should read the law, and learn their rights.
It does appear that people with buckets of money do get off, and more easily than a person with little money.
However, most theives that are out robbing hard working people, are generally stealing to get money that they don't have... so I guess they will fall "victim" to the justice system, and be imprisoned for being broke, not for robbing.

It sounds like you have had a bad experience. Unfortunately, in most cases that make it to court, someone has to win and someone must lose. I don't think it is fair to blame the process--our system of both prosecutorial and defensive advocacy is designed to allow both sides to a fair chance of winning.
I am not sure what you mean about our government being corrupt, as well as the judicial system. Of course there will be corruption in any beureaucratic system, however, it is useless to throw the baby out with the bathwater. What would you recommend? Should we advocate for one side? Say, only the prosecution? Is it possible some people are charged with crimes they didn't comit? Is it possible that someone who is guilty will e found not guilty (not the same as innocent)?
I am sorry you've had bad experiences, but I think our judicial system is only part of your problem.

In other words, you aren't getting much sympathy? There are always two sides to each story and the judiciary must be weight the fact carefully. Yes, it does help to have money so that you can afford a good attorney. However, in the vast majority of cases neither side is rich and so the field is pretty level.

Yeah, you always see the police hanging out with high priced defense attorneys. You did something you shouldn't have, and now you can't afford a good lawyer. It's not society's fault or the systems fault, it's YOUR fault. It's time for you to accept responsibility for what you've done.

thats the sad thing about people in power.... and money is everything because its can get anyone out of sh*t.. like a certain football player for examle.. presidents and politicians can do what they want and not suffer the consequences but an ordinary citizen has to pay the price of going through all the processes... money=power and power=money and thats just the way we as humans made it and we have to live with it.. DEMOCRACY????????????????

A "sufferer" of a offender act, does not might desire to hire an legal expert... the "sufferer" is part of the individuals... and the prosecutor handles the sting for the individuals, and the prosecutor has to place as much as the load of information.. in offender is "previous a pragmatic doubt". In civil concerns, the "sufferer" has to hire an legal expert (in the event that they desire & reported) and the "sufferer" and his/her legal expert have the load of information, which in civil is "via way of a perponderance of the information". Our justice kit isn't perfect, and whilst a individual feels they're stable and the tip result isn't of their desire, they have a tendency to adventure slighted. regrettably, the area in optimal situations is in easy terms human beings do not comprehend their rights, or the regulation. There relatively is not any clarification for this loss of expertise merely via certainty to envision that's to make beneficial it, to make beneficial that's key. those are not from now on books closed to the standard public and in easy terms open to regulation pupils/enforcers, yet open to all that desire to comprehend. i desire to advise each and each physique might desire to examine the regulation, and learn their rights. It does look that individuals with buckets of money do get off, and larger relatively than a individual with little money. besides the undeniable certainty that, optimal theives that are out robbing not uncomplicated working human beings, are in lots of cases stealing to get money that they don't have... so i anticipate they are going to fall "sufferer" to the justice kit, and be imprisoned for being broke, not for robbing.

- The Jesus freak that I am, know that the devil is here to steal kill & destroy, biblically he's known as the - prince & the power of the air, inspiring unsaved leaders into darker territories of unjustacies, Rat them out to Jesus Christ, invite God into the situation, ask Jesus to put a hedge of protection around your family & friends. Another name for the Lord is the ; God of restoration. I used to run from the cops, now they run from me, badge or not, truth is truth, & God is truth, I put them in check.
