it looks really nice. is she wearing pencil or liquid eyeliner? on the top or bottom or both? Does she have it in the inside of her eye?? if she does, how do u put it??? is she using eye shadow?

she is using both, in the inside its pencil and the outside its liquid!
when you apply the liquid in the outside, try to line it with your lashes upper or lower depending where you want to apply! and gently run it from one corner to the other but always line it with your lashes! and make sure that its thinner from the inner corner verses the outer (in the upper eyelid), and don't end it where your eyes end, pull it a bit just a millimeter or even less from the outer corner of your eyes! make sure both eyes are matching

well, first try with pencil eyeliner, and have baby oil to take it off if u dont like it, do it open eyes, its easy, start from the end of the eyes to the conner and go up,, do it light first so u know how u want it, then , mark the end like and egipcian, looks nice, ucan also do it in the bottom eyes, but little, use black in the top , and color one under, like blue, brown, pink , ur choice. Mac has a little liquid eyeliner, waterproff, that is amazing.

on utube, there are some clips to show how to put on eyeliner and how different eyeshadows complement u eyes, try looking for them. from the picture, it seams as tho she has used eyeliner really think n smudged it a lil, n then applied about 3 coats of mascara.

i think thats a litl too much. u will kinda look sleazy. she has it done all around her eye with a liquid eyeliner

i think did like,she use pencil and at the bottom & at top.she did it inside of her eyes too.she use eye shadow too.& mascara

she it putting it everyhere u just named PLUS dark eyeshadow and mascara. its probably pencil...its hard to describe how to apply it...try wikihow.com and type in what you need to know. very good website.
