Probably not. A 15 gallon is pretty much the same thing as a 10 gallons, because it's pretty much the same floor space (just a little taller) - so the fish don't have that much more swimming room, and 18 tetras is already a tight squeeze (but manageable if you have decent filtration and do weekly water changes).

Mollies are bigger fish than you'd expect, also - growing to 3-4" long - and really are not suitable for tanks smaller than 20 gallons long.

If you can get a bigger tank, though, they can live together fine.
If you upgraded to 30 gallons, you could have all your tetras and 2 female mollies, or 1 male and 2 female guppies.
If you can give some of your tetras back to the petstore (maybe trade for guppies) you could, in your 15 gallon tank, have 8 tetras and 1 male and 2 female guppies.

Because 15 gallons isn't huge, your choices for fish are fairly limited. However, you could get some ghost shrimp or a mystery snail to liven things up.

I think you've got enough in the tank for now, but for future reference a good rule of thumb is one fish per gallon of water unless the fish are big. You need your fish to have enough oxygen. In my experience mollies are very prone to get ick, which can spread thru your tank. Guppies are pretty fish that can add color to your tank. Just be careful not to add any semi aggressive fish that will nip their tails.

I'm not an fish expert, but no you should not add any more fish to your tank you are already your limit for the size tank you have. And you should call a pet store to be sure.

be happy with the fish you have, you're overstocked already. No guppies, no mollies, no betta, no nothing, until you upgrade the size of your tank.
