Wow, where are the Browns fans defending all this?!?! I can admit when we're an embarrassment...and right now, this is it. This offseason was supposed to be the year we started piecing things together, with good pickups. Injuries, lack of team chemistry, and poor coaching/play calling made us the embarrassment we are right now.
The team will NOT leave Cleveland again. For all the people that said that, it's obvious you're not from Cleveland nor do you understand what goes into a franchise. Those were dumb answers.
To answer the question...well, yeah we will make the playoffs. When we get a new coach, we'll do it. The players have no respect for Romeo now, and in turn there's no team chemistry. We have talent, and if people outside of Cleveland can't see that, then they either don't care to, or they have no knowledge about football. I think it's the second one...

i could say around 9 wins yet we are able to omit the playoffs We take 2nd place in our branch and bypass 4-2 in our branch (chop up with Ravens and Steelers, sweep bengals) Quinn would be the starter and could be distinctly precise with short variety passing which will shop the chains shifting and soften down some clock. Our protection additionally will have some respiration room. Mangini could have a potential working game with Jamal Lewis and could slip in a Harrison or James Davis for a speedy run. additionally assume loads of displays to Harrison and Davis. Edwards is enjoying for money so he won't be dropping that many balls. seem for him to recover from 8 touchdowns. additionally, Cribbs needs a sparkling settlement so he will step it up interior the return game and because he's listed with the aid of fact the variety 2 wideout, he will make performs to gets a commission. The protection would be better against the run and with greater QB stress (Corey Williams understanding the three-4 Wimbley using potential than only speed, Rogers bull rushing)

Yes, it will take a new Offensive line though. Hopefully the Browns will trade their first round draft pick for a proven NFL tackle and a lower first round pick. Then pick another O lineman. That and if LaCharles Bentley can return from injury would improve things. No need in drafting a QB when the O line sucks.

It is a terrible, hateful and cruel answer but it also happens to be TRUE! "When they leave town"
The LAST TIME they did that, they went to the SB!
Lets face it: horrible colors, ugly uniforms, silly helmets and the worst name in professional sports! (The only professional team in the world named after underwear scorch marks!) And all this from a mediocre, gray, decaying eastern industrial city.
Imagine! A self image so terrible that moving to a hole like Baltimore and dressing up as Big Ugly Purple Crows was actually such a huge improvement!
And as the ultimate proof of my analysis, as the "new" Browns continue their almost eternal and infinite "march into mediocre Oblivion" the "old" Browns, the Big Ugly Purple Crows, march back to the SB again this season........

when they decide to be competitive --- the dog pound used to be feared , and revered , but is has been so ,so, long since we even remotely looked like getting to playoffs .
and yet ironically the hierarchy still talk things up --- like we are going to go places --- i am so disappointed in this season --- poor effort by the browns this year ( and indeed a number previous years ) oh ! well .

Yes, when the Steelers, Ravens and Bengals move to other divisions, and the Browns are the only AFC North rep.
