Can you be more specific?

You can get test kits that will help tell you when the woman is ovulating, or you can judge this using a fertility thermometer. That'll help you have sex at the time most likely to lead to conception, but frankly I think all the measuring, monitoring and worrying is just decreasing your chance of conception. And it takes the fun out of it :)

Check out this site for on saliva-microscopes (costs around £25), it is a very uninvasive and reusuable method to determine when you are most fertile before ovulation occurs, as you are most fertile a couple of days before ovulation.

To track your cycles and help determine peak fertility, ovulation times, and the chances of conception for each cycle check out this free site

Also have lots and lots of fun doing the baby dance (sex) and don't let it become a chore.

Good luck on getting that BFP (big fat positive)!
