I think people like you will quit asking this question when the economy slows down (it is) and Americans will just be lucky to have a job, any job.

Democracy is supposed to keep the government OUT of private issues and the lobbyists are paying Congress millions to make sure no labor laws such as this are ever passed.

If you work to many hours, and don't get enough vacation, get an education and find a new job. That's the way a democracy is supposed to work.

Absolutely not.

Employment is a contract between a worker and an employer. They should both be free to negotiate whatever conditions they want. The government should have little or no say in what is negotiated.

They have it now...It's called Part Time work..20 hrs per week. Of course the pay stinks and it's hard to make your rent payment or by food.

Nope I think paid vacations are dumb why get paid if you are not contributing. Get off your butt and do more not less.
