Drop the word 'size', then it's OK

I cannot see anything grammatically wrong, but the expression 'size capacity of' is tautologous, in other words it says the same thing twice. The sentence would read better as 'We have released a pen drive with a capacity of 250GB' (that's one heck of a pen drive, by the way)

"We have released a pen drive with a 250 Gb capacity" is better.

"We have released a 250 GB pen drive" is better yet.

It is grammatically correct, but "size" and "capacity" are redundant, I'd delete "size".
