Do you get any error messages? Also did you follow the install procedure exactly the way they say to? You probably now have some files on your disk and they will need to be cleaned off before you can get it to install. Do a search for anything that has to do with that printer and delete any files or folders that you find. Then clean up your disk, and most installs want the virus protection turned OFF as sometimes it won't let the installation program into certain .DLL files and the registry.

It's not un-common that disks or cd-roms get damaged in transit... Don't sweat it... The link below will allow you to download the most up to date driver for your printer...

Just download the drivers, the executable will guide you thru the installation... You will most likely have to reboot afterwards....

Good luck..
