#3 Lonely---lasted 6 weeks (that's all it took to cure my loneliness)
#4 Security-mixed with LOVE---I have been married now almost 13 years..This is the last time I'm doing this marriage thing!

i married my husband because i love him. marriage is a way of proving, i guess you could say, that you really love someone. he's the only person i want to spend the rest of my life with. he was all i could think about. before we got together, i had the cahnce of a lifetime. i could have moved to another state, have a great job, my college paid for and an apartment, and never have to pay a single thing. everything was going to be free. but when i thought about never getting the chance to see my now husband, i was devastated. my husband is the love of my life. i look forward to growing old with him and looking back at all the silly things we did together. i feel special to have someone so wonderful to love, and have love me. i'm proud to call him my husband, my friend, and my childs father (which he is...lol).

i can only hope every is as lucky as i am. i wouldn't trade in this life full of dirty diapers, constant cleaning and cooking, and bills up to the ceiling for anything. it's all worth it at the end of the day.

ok now i'm babbling. i just love my husband so much.

I am on my second marrage. After my first I said I would never do it again. Then I met my second husband. The feeling was sooo different. I couldn't put it into words. I enjoy the companionship, the way he makes me feel, the feeling of being protected. I love cooking dinner for him, and doing other things he enjoys. My life would be very lonely without him, even though I have two daughters to care for.

I got married out of security. I was 29 year old. And I already had a son with my boyfriend Victor at seventeen year of age. When our son was ten year old I married him. I realized I never love him but fear of his violent ways . I Married him thinking it would change thing in our relationship. That what I though and I was a fool to believe he would change. Now I'm single not divorce but he can hurt me anymore.

He makes me feel good about myself and also "us" as a couple. He has a great sense of humor that I adore and he is pretty handy in the sack. He is also a very giving and devoted man. Married to him 17 years now.

because I want to have children with him and grow old togeather build a house with his family next door, and they are- have hard times togeather and work through it. But I'll never be as close or as comfortable or share the trust I have in him with anyone else and would never want it. I want to be there for him and love him and make love to him for the rest of my life and no one else.

I'm on my second marriage. The first was not love,it was lust. And because of that lust we created a son.I am old fashion and the only way that i saw for my son to have my last name was to marry her.The second and last time is for real.I married her because she is smart,Beautiful, and shaped like an hour glass. Not to mention the fact that she asked me.

I love him and want to be with him forever. The best decision made. Being married is awesome. It's the best thing in the world to be with that person all the time and you know that he loves you too.

we have lived together for 17yr. never got the marriage license, but live as married.why? for taxes. and the finances, made it easier to do it together, cant do it on my own income.

but if I would go back to when we first met, would have never talked to him and moved on. and found someone that I "loved" and he Loved me.
Love is important. and having the same things in common and being truthful in what we want out of our own lives not someone else's.
