Depends what the job is but concentrate on you having the appropriate qualities/temperament, how keen you are and motivated, team player if appropriate, able to work on own initiative etc really depends on the position and what qualities are required. Whatever they are you have them and have to let the employer know this.

It all depends upon the job. If the employer is looking for a butcher, you don't tell them that you're a vegetarian. But it's not about misleading them.
You need to highlight the skills you have that will be the most appealing to the person doing the job hunting.
Therefore, keep it brief, concenatrate on a few key areas and make sure you nail them there and then.
You can go into detail if and when you get the interview.

Basically you need to draw on all the main skills required in the job advert/description of the job . Go through this description and underline the key requirements . Next write down what experience /skills you have that is relevent to each of them. Then from this you should be able to compose a paragraph for your letter.

For each requirement you should aim to demonstate that have the relevant skills/experience to meet it. This will show the employer that you are suitable for the position.

Use the list as a guide - you don't want your paragraph to be like a list.

Good luck!

I would suggest that you write in English with correct spelling and good grammar. Even though the employer may speak in textspeak he already has a job. You need to cross all the T's and dot the I's. Don't make the mistake of assuming you are the best one for the job. That is the bosses decision. List all your qualifications and interests, you may be surprised that he shares your interest in Rap music too, but he might not so don't plug it too much. Secret is to show and tell who you are and what you can do. Good Luck

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. It boosts your metabolism and raises natural ephadrine, the hormone in which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon inside your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 per cent!

If the employer has provided a list of key qualities that they are after (a "Person specification") then work through it point by point and outline how you meet each point. If they ask for a team player, don't just say "I am a team player", but give some evidence. Describe your experience of successfully working in a team.

Go bland. Plain, basic, unseasoned food such as cooked chicken, plain rice and a undressed baked potato are nutritious however your palette will tire of them quickly, unlike salty moreish highly processed food, which keeps you snacking and piling around the pounds.

Chewing your food thoroughly doesn't just make digestion easier, but will allow your body time to recognise only when it's actually full, thus preventing overeating.
