Yeah, male guppies are amorous. They like to pester females and other fish, and the problem is exacerbated in a tank that is too small.
You have a LOT of fish in your tank, and they are not necessarily compatible.
Weather loaches grow 9-10 and are coldwater fish. They would need a minimum of 55 gallon tank, at 72F.
Corydoras are schooling fish, they enjoy being in groups of 5+. Consider getting a couple more.
Black widow tetras are also schoolers, but they are nippy. Keep an eye on them to make sure they are not bothering your other fish.
Angelfish can grow to 5" tall without counting their fins, and 3 angelfish would need a minimum of 40 gallons.
Your plecostomous, is it a common? They can grow to 24" and need very, very big tanks.
Harlequin rasboras are schoolers; they should be in groups of no less than 5 fish.
Anyway, I don't know how big your tank is, but if it's anything less than 100 gallons, it is severly overstocked, and this may be causing undue aggression among the residents.
If your tank is big enough, you may just have a pest of a guppy, and you might want to bring him back to the petstore.

yeah, put all the pregnant ones in a cycled tank that has no gravel or anything. (you could have a plant in there but i wouldn't put anything on the bottom) the reason you take them out is because the males will harass the females and they might give still birth. also theres a higher chance that the fry will get eaten. make sure to feed the fry Finely crushed tropical fish flakes very often. the tank should also have about 5 snails because they produce an oil that the fry eat and they clean up overload of food and dead fry. good luck!

I'd say he's probably trying to mate with the females. Guppies usually chase there partner and annoy her alot until he can mate with her.

That is a lot of fish you have, I hope your tank is big enough. Guppy's can be very boisterous and territorial.
It may be a case of this town is not big enough for the both of us............

Might be the size of your tank, they can get quite territorial if they're breeding and short of room.
