Saudi Arabia - United Arab Emerates - Quwait - Bahrain - Qatar -Oman - Lybia - Muritania - Djibuti -Comoros islands all are arab countries that have no rivers.

The rest of the 21 arab countries have rivers, ranging from the longest in the world(the nile) to seasonal small rivers.

Soudia Arabia. A being of river in any country solely depends on the rain water and mountains. Both are absent there, so there are no rivers.

if in general too vague to answer , as it is mentioned arab countires like saudi . bahrain , qatar , oman , emirates etc , these do have streams of water but not as river like tigris and euphraities in Iraq.
