When browsing with Internet Explorer 7.0 the system's performance is decreasing and is rapidly getting slower and slower. The most problem is when I am watching Flash movies on Youtube. When checking my pc's performance I see that the memory on the harddisk has been increasing alot. Sometimes to 1,5 Gb. When I restart my pc, it only uses 250Mb.

I think my system wants to remember the Flash movies in its cache, but it destructs my system's performance. How can I prevend this from happening?

I don't think you can prevent this, it what happens. To delete these files, either go Tools, Internet Options, and there should be something like delete temporary files/cookies. apply these actions... or download something like CCleaner, which removes all the junk accumulating on the computer.

as previous answers states a way of preventig to my knowledge is unknown how ever you can do the same process in your options as the perv. answer and set it to clear all temporraily files each time you sign out, daily , weekly how ever you choose, doing this will help regain your systems performance also you may want to have a registry program many items will be included in your registry over and over causing unknown errors and just million little things to slow down your machine, defrag on a routine basis, there is also a little memory program that will force all applications to free the memory it has stolen , it is called MaxMem i have 1gb of memory and sometimes have same problem, just facts of life but just afew things you can do do make ot better and regain control. for the MaxMem go to www.analogx.com, it is a 100% free program and safe to use, good luck.
