No. Since you don't know what it is, when you're dreaming, your brain picked both a boy and a girl. Ultrasounds told me I was going to have a girl, but in all my dreams it was a boy. Guess what? I had a girl! LOL, dreams don't tell you. Good luck and congratulations!

You are wanting a boy? It sounds like you are wanting a boy but something is telling you it is going to be a girl.... Hope this helps as i had a very similar dream about a friend & it turned out correct.

I think you would have to have a special talent to be able to predict things through dreams, when we are pregnant we tend to dream more vividly (that's what I found), the dreams don't mean anything, they are just dreams. It's probably just your subconscious thoughts. But boys can wear pink anyway. All the best.

no i can always tell by looking at the female during her second trimester her glow takes on the form of a boy or a girl in her facial features of course i would have to see your current picture but you cant tell by a dream it is your minds way of displaying your curiosity of your fetus's sex as you were asleep.
and no it doesnt mean he's going to be gay!!!!!!!!

Usually dreams are meant to be reversed so death means birth. do you know what you are having already? if so then dreams dont mean anything!
