My computer in an office network and I do not have internet access permission. How can connect with my colleague computer to access the internet ?. is wingate will work ?

No, Wingate won't work. Most internet access control systems are based on your network logon ID. If you logged on to your co-worker's machine as yourself you still wouldn't have access.

Most likely the user desktop is locked down so you wouldn't be able to install Wingate anyway. And installing unauthorized software is a quick way to the unemployment line for both of you in many companies.

Your only way is for your boss to approve intenet access. If you don't need it for your job it's not likely that you'll get it.
