the main different between these three account are wether you can accept credit card payment or not.

if you are planning to sell in huge amount (talking about 2-3k p/month) i suggest u open a premier account.
Since lots of paypal / buyers prefer to use credit card. The set back of this premier or business account is the % of commission paypal will deduct everytime someone pays you.

for personal account, paypal will not charge u any commision (if i'm not mistaken).. but the set back is u cant accept credit card payment.

if you're referring of business transaction around more than 3k permonth i suggest you open a business account..

at the moment i'm using premier account & for small transaction i used personal account. Yes i have 2 account & paypal is account of us having 2 account at the same time..
email me for more details mate..
be happy to assist you/

For just starting, go with the premier. Once your business is well established, then you can switch to business if that is the better deal for your operation.

Be sure to read all the terms of the Policies and the User agreement carefully. They are not all in accord with e-bay (parent Co.,) and will close your account without warning or ability to appeal if they so choose. Still they are the fastest, easiest, and reasonably safest way to transact the financial exchange.

Good luck to you!
