You don't really listen in class or read books, do you?

Well, other gifts could be holidays, teachings,...hmmm...what else.

Well, a gift given by the Indians to the pioneers was thanksgiving.
I think St.Patrick's day is also one...or not (too lazy to research)

Other gifts could be like great people. England gave America a great preacher. Germany gave America a great scientist... what else... (consider this not exactly "given", but more like... well... a gift, if you know what i mean o_o)

Well, there is tons more, which should be studied in history class.

1) Now, you know about Liberty.

2) Another Peculiar gift- Tajmahal
by Emperor Shahjahan to wife Mumtajmahal;
Its peculiarity: it was done after death of wife.
Moral -- some Husbands have bought "PLOTs", ( or laying plots! )
and waiting their beloved wives to "die"...... ( then enjoy Tajmahal with few more)

now noticed - PECULIARITY.

It was designed by Eiffel [the guy who did the famous Tower in Paris--which before it got famous was suggested to be sold as scrap iron, but I digress] and was a "birthday" gift from France to the US celebrating our first centennial in 1876.
