I didn't want him to die.He was human, not animal or thing.I think in these times you can't kill someone. It's not the Middle Ages. That what was done with him was cruel and awful.Sadam had many influence in other people lives,in oil industry, but he was however human and it's not fair that other politics can live with their political convictions and other-can't,cause they stand in a way with other culture and thoughts.Yes,he had done many cruel things too,but we,civilized people, have other ways to punish dictators. We didn't have to support this decision to kill Sadam.

I would say him: Sorry,sorry,sorry...

I would have asked him to make a statement to his people to try to live in peace and tell him he was wrong in his actions. It would have been worth a try !! Then I`d tell him how easy he was getting off easy dying a quick painfull death considering the torcher and pain he put some of his VICTIMS through. Then I would have messed with him by saying ok I`m ganna pull the lever now 123 go and then not do it and do that for a while saying ok I`m ganna really do this time and make him crap all over hiself out of mental fright . and give him a small taste of what he did to people

I'd say "Isn't it ironic that the American CIA helped you murder your way into power, the US supplied you with military intelligence, chemical, biological & conventional weapons, supported the gassing of the Kurds, then covered-up their crimes, then waged an illegal war that's killed many times more innocent people than they killed with you in the 1980's. Now they've fixed a trial to kill you for helping their crimes."

Then I'd say "But what's worse, is that most people don't have a clue that you were a CIA puppet"

Because it's all true!
