During summer from Bastille Day through the end of August,the population of Cap d' Agde, France swells to 30,000 or more sun worshiping nudists. If you are connecting through London or Paris, most likely you will fly to Montpellier airport, about 50 miles away. Once at the "naked city" you have a choice of accommodations in several large apartment-like structures: Heliopolis, Port Nature or Port Ambonne. Enjoy, and don't forget the sun screen!

Go to Amsterdam. That's the place people go if they want to do something that's against the law in the U.S. There is smoking weed in coffee shops, weed sold by the joint, pack, ounce, for really cheap too. Any drug you want is probably there and legal. Walking naked in public is completely fine, they even have naked prostitutes walking around as living display boards in the red light district. I'm sure there's a lot more, just haven't learned a whole lot about it yet.
