I have an Epsom C46 printer and I need to clean the print heads. I can't find my Epsom instructions so have no idea how to do it. I need to print off a project soon and the print is coming out smudged etc. Anyone know what I have to do?

software for the printer? does this mean I have to find the original disc to load or is it already somewhere on my computer?

Go into control panel.
Double left click to open printers and faxes
right click on your printer C46
left click to open properties
right click to open printing preferences
right click on maintanance
right click on nozzle check
then follow the on screen prompts.
Hope this helps.

Under Start go to Printers and Faxes. Highlight your printer and under File, left click Properties. The last choice on the right leads to utilities and a print head cleaning program is there.

In the software for the printer, there should be a "clean heads" or "clean print heads" button. Click that and you should be cleaning in no time.

I'd uninstal the printer, then re-install.using new drivers etc.New carts may be good too.
