Thinking about all the things that I have to do like pay bills, work, and other things that happen that you just can't get out of your head sometimes so I usally get up and go do something for 20 minutes or so and then go and try to go back to sleep sometimes it works sometimes nyquil works to.

I will think about what to do the next day. So that keeps me awake. It is good. It will freshen up the next day. I really like to do that even though it keeps me awake for hours.
