It is not big but looks all crunched up like an old lady and the surgery is not an option. I want my old flat belly.

Exercises for your abs. Lower and Upper. Try with a friend for more motivation. Seventeen magazine has great workouts you can try. Or search the web for partner workouts or single workouts. You can do crunches. Those help a bunch, and leg lifts :-)

I've had 3 children and a tummy tuck and I regret it for the simple fact that it doens't look normal. I tried to hide it with girdles (that helps by the way especially if you want to hide the crunched up look) but I would watch my diet and excercise. It's only going to get worse if you don't do something about it now!

Work out...start doing some crunches or something. You can do it!

Since it is stretch marks, you're going to see a professional (doctor) on removing the excess around your stomach.

EXERCISE ABOUT 4X A WEEK, EAT RIGHT, DO NOT SMOKE, DO NOT DRINK, DO CARDIO AND CRUNCHES AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN. THINK POSITIVE AND TELL YOURSELF YOU CAN DO IT!! YOU WILL GET YOUR BODY BACK. GOOD LUCK!
