Yes you will receive a ck on the minor you will also receive a ck unless you have remarried. My sister in law recieved a ck on her 3 kids and she also got a ck but when my brother married her the ck she was getting for herself was stopped but she still got the ck on the kids. You need to contact the SS office. I hope this helps Good Luck

hi! it incredibly is Sandi-Hooah-mom! In answer on your question, sure you maximum actually are eligible for survivor reward. My son's father died 5 yrs in the past and he won reward. We weren't married the two. All you will desire is thier start certificates. and a baby help order, and then take them to the Social protection workplace and that they're going to shelter the rest! additionally be cautioned that in case you get SSI reward you may't get any funds from the VA because of the fact thier reward are in keeping with earnings that u get from social protection, except he listed you as beneficiary! examine with the two the Veterns and SSI adminstration besides! reliable success and am sorry to your loss! Proud military mom....Hooha!

I think you don't get the benefits, but your children do. It is to help you support your children till they are adults.
