Your question is strange...but if you want to rebuild apache on a server, you need to have root access(SSH) to the server. Then you can rebuild apache there if you know the commands. If the server is running cPanel (http://www.cpanel.net), then you can just log in to WHM(Web Host Manager) and rebuild apache from within WHM with different options.
