eurgh that smell is revolting, but unfortunately there's very little you can do about it. I spilt milk in my car and had to drive everywhere with the windows down for days, eventually I gave up with air freshener, febreeze etc and had to get it shampooed, think that may be your best option I'm afraid!

2 ways cheaply.
1. If you have a dehumidifier, shampoo the carpet, then place dehumidifier inside of car with doors closed and windows up. Leave for several hours. This will draw all the moisture out of the car along with the smell.
2. Buy a box of Arm & Hammer baking soda. After cleaning the soiled spot. Open the box of baking soda and place in the car close to spot. Set it to where it won't turn over and spill. Leave for a couple of days.
I have 2 kids and new truck. I have cleaned puke, spilt milk, leaky diaper residue (nasty by the way), among other accidents. The First one will also help in removing cigarette smell.

If it is the carpet that has the spilt milk you need to fully remove the seats and centre console. Then remove the carpet and underlay from the car completely.
Wash the carpet/ Underlay (Hose it if it is really bad) and dry it completely- (hang it out to dry for a couple of days). Wipe the interior of the floor with soapy water. Then dry. Then re install the carpet and interior etc.

I had to steam (hot) clean my blazer for 3 months repeatedly to rid of the smell. Take it to a professional. It will only get worse.
My sister keeps diapers in her car to draw out spills. It works so well I've started stashing two in my glove compartment.

My granddaughter spilled sixteen oz..of warm chocolate, comparable result. I had the vehicle distinct and the carpets shampooed and the scent nevertheless come out whilst the climate warms up. So, you will could try this and then use a carpet sparkling powder on the carpets and vacuum all of it up. stable success!

Car detailing would make it go away, but it would cost you anywhere from $25 to $50.
