Yeah a 222 KB/s download rate is pretty good. Also keep in mind with cable internet it will change once in a while as the speed is not always constant.

A good cable should get you at least 4 mbps, but most are in the 6 - 9 range these days. (US cities)
Mine just tested at 11, Comcast, Lansing, Michigan.

Of course its good speed. In my country the ISPs hesitate to provide unlimited 256kbps connections(30KB/sec). LOL!

its becuase the speed that the compnay gives you is in kilo BITS per second. you have to divide it roughy by 8 to find your speed in kiloBYTES which is more commonly used on the internet.and that internet is quite fast
