Get a flame thrower and blitz the cellar "loor". Then get a vacuum and hoover up the electric leak.(You could then re-cycle this electric to power a torch then you would see the light).

You're not going to believe this one,but it's Tuna Boat Tested. After you get the bulk of it up with rags & a little dish soap, pour Soy Sauce on it.Give it a day & wipe it up! If the stain is an issue, Muriatic Acid will clean concrete

you do realise that petrol vapours are highly explosive don't you!
Only ventilation will work.
I know how you feel, just before christmas my Honda motorcycle sprang an electrical leak and now I have got electricity all over the carpet in the garage. It is an Axminster one too.

put plenty of sand down and let this soak most of the petrol up before applying a soapy detergent to the floor you will have to do this several times and don't light any naked flames near it the fumes will explode also open any windows you have and let plenty of fresh air into the place

i spilled "gas" in my car and an auto detailer told me to put cat litter on it and let it absorb the smell. i left it on the spot for a few days. if it has absorbed into the concrete you might need to do this a couple of times. good luck and open a window.
