I usually yoga first. It helps loosen me up for the jog.

No not at all! b'coz yoga is an art of controlling the body with mind and yoga relieves all the physical &mental stresses more over jogging before yoga means recieving the healthy from both jogging & yoga

yes. yoga is about relaxing and concentration and meditation. Any aggressive physical exercise like jogging is not compatible before yoga, and you may not get the full benefits of yoga, your mind may refuse to relax and remain agitated. Even after yoga you should not jog or do heavy physical exercises. Maybe 2 to 3 hours before or after yoga, you may do the jogging.

No, not at all. Keep 15 mins rest in between.
Yog brings your body, mind and intuition in harmony. Actually Yog is eightfold. If you are doing only asans it will become another exercise and there is no problem in it.
If you want to do Yog immediately after jogging you place Shavasan in between and then continue further. If you are practicing Yog without teacher then do some simple asans and mudra or kriya. It is enough.

no it is not.....if you are doing light yoga then it would be a good cool down for your body but if you are practising hatha yoga then it might be too taxing for your body...if you feel good then its fine....and it rocks that you jog and do yoga!....
